The DocStation Command Center gives you the ability to zip around and perform actions from anywhere on the platform. All with zero clicks.
Just press Ctrl + K on Windows (Cmd + K on Mac) to open Command Center from anywhere in the app. Start typing to quickly find and select available commands.
Navigate between commands with the arrow keys (↑ and ↓). Press Enter to select the desired command.
The options available in the Command Center range from creating and updating records to searching patients and claims, and even getting help.
Context Specific Commands
Patient Profile
Open Command Center while you're in the patient profile and, in addition to always being able to access the standard commands, you'll be able to activate new commands directly related to the patient you're working on.
Patient Search
Done working up a patient or need to quickly switch to the profile of the person standing at the counter? Start typing ? to begin a patient search. Example: ? minnie.
Not finding who you're looking for? Select the Advanced Search option to transport yourself to DocStation's advanced patient search and use more filters.
Claims Search
If you need to quickly check on the status of a claim, you can start a claim search by typing ds followed by the claim number. Select "Advanced search" or try typing Search claims in Command Center to navigate to our advanced search page for claims.
