Resources guiding pharmacies in connecting to provider EHRs throughout North Carolina

As a participant in "More Than a Script", you'll be providing care to patients who've received care from a number of providers and health systems. To access medical records, labs, and other patient history you may request access to care sites EHRs by following site-specific instructions below.

UNC Health

Complete and submit UNC CareLink New Account Request

Atrium Health (WakeMed)

  1. Go to Atrium Health CareConnect New Account Request webpage

  2. Select "Request a new site"

  3. Complete and submit request form

Novant Health

  1. Go to Novant Health Community Connect Inquiry webpage

  2. Complete and submit connect inquiry

Duke Health

  1. Go to Duke Medlink New Account Request webpage

  2. Select "Request a new site"

  3. Complete and submit request form

Cone Health

Please reach out to conehealthhub@conehealth.com to request access to patient medical records.

Mission Health

Please reach out to NCDVPhysicianSupportServices@HCAHealthcare.com to request the correct form required for Providers, Clinical Office Staff or Vendors.

ECU Health

  1. Review and sign ECU Health EpicCare Link Access Agreement

  2. Complete Carelink Access Request Form, upload signed business agreement
