Staff changes? We know how that goes!
If you are a DocStation Admin for your organization or pharmacy, you can remove team member access by clicking the Settings cog in the left navigation menu on the dashboard. Select "Members" to see a list of active users, and then select the Remove button in line with user name you wish to remove.
If you're unaware of your DocStation Admin status, refer to the list of users. Next to your name, you'll either see User or Admin.
If for any reason the above removal process doesn't work for you, or if you believe you should have DocStation Admin access for your pharmacy but don't, just let us know via Intercom and we'll get you squared away.
