Login Access Expired

How to get access to your pharmacy dashboard after your initial account confirmation email expires.

Once you receive the "Confirm your account" email from DocStation, you have 5 days to complete the login process before the link will deactivate and the access window will close. If you miss this window (Hey, you're allowed to go on vacation!), follow these steps to reinitiate the login process:

  1. Go to https://DocStation.co and select Login.

  2. Select "Don't remember your password?" and enter your email address.

  3. Watch for a new "Reset your password" email to complete the login process.


If you don't see the new email within a few minutes, be sure to check any spam or divert folders. If you still don't see it, you might be affected by a corporate spam filter (ex: Mimecast). Check with your IT contact about whitelisting DocStation.co and support@docstation.co.
