To ensure you can successfully submit claims to any health plan, make sure both your organization and personal settings are up-to-date with the following information.
Update DocStation Settings
To get started, ensure both your pharmacy location profile(s) and your personal user profile are up-to-date. Navigate to Organization Settings and User Settings by hovering over the Settings cog in the left navigation menu.
Organization tax ID
Organization Pay To address, if applicable
Accurate address(es), including +4 zip codes
Primary Location saved
