The Osteoporosis Testing and Management task is a great tool to assist you in providing directed care for at-risk patients.

The task begins with the Assessments sections, which is a list of applicable assessments that support this screening. The assessments can be performed by you (the pharmacist) while meeting with the patient, or they could have been performed by another health care provider on a previous date. By selecting the checkmark, you're indicating the assessment was completed in one of those ways.

As applicable, enter the date the assessment was performed, as well as any related medications. If a related medication is not yet on the Health Record, select Add Medication to create a new record.

Complete the remainder of the task by selecting the Interventions you performed during the encounter. Then select Continue, and generate documents as needed.
