The Breast Cancer Screening task is a great tool to assist you in providing directed care for at-risk patients.

The task begins with the Assessments sections, which is a list of applicable assessments that support this screening. The assessments can be performed by you (the pharmacist) while meeting with the patient, or they could have been performed by another health care provider on a previous date. By selecting the checkmark, you're indicating the assessment was completed in one of those ways.

As applicable, enter the date the assessment was performed.

Complete the remainder of the task by selecting the Interventions you performed during the encounter. Then select Continue, and generate any documents as needed.
