More Than a Script is a new program that involves educational appointments with a pharmacist at no cost to help you manage your [diabetes/ high blood pressure].

These appointments can be in person or over the phone. Our pharmacy will work closely with you and your primary care provider to support your health by reviewing medication management, dietary and other lifestyle changes, and offering additional resources to help including access to A1c test kits or a BP cuff.

This new benefit is only offered in select pharmacies in the state of North Carolina, so you do not have to change the pharmacy you currently use to get your prescriptions to enroll in the program.
