How to view patient coverage dates
Navigate to the patient's profile
Click the pencil icon on the bottom left side of the patient profile to expand the "Patient Profile" details
Navigate to the benefits section
Hover over the "i" button to view the patient's eligibility end date
Select "Show archived rows" may need to be selected to expand the benefit section
The date that appears when hovering over the "i" button is the date the patient's eligibility lapsed.
If you see a date that has past this indicates the patient's eligibility has lapsed or they no longer meet criteria to be considered eligible for the program, in which case they will no longer have tasks that will generate for the MTS program.
