The WV Nalox(ONE) Screening Follow-up task is designed to facilitate a check-in with the patient to assess pain relief and side effects, educate on safe usage and disposal, document referrals as appropriate, and answer any questions the patient has related to their opioid medication.

Patient Eligibility

Any patient living in West Virginia that is prescribed an opioid medication is eligible for the WV Nalox(ONE) program.
