If you find your claim(s) stuck and don't know how to troubleshoot or resolve the issue to move it forward in the adjudication process, utilize the Request Help feature to access the expertise of DocStation's RCM team.
The Request Help feature allows you to easily communicate your RCM needs and receive support for specific claims. By initiating a conversation tied to a claim, you can securely discuss requirements, work-in-progress, and seek assistance. This feature ensures that important information doesn't get lost in lengthy threads and enables a more streamlined support experience.

How to Use Request Help
Open the claim tray for the desired claim.
Locate the "Request Help" option in the available actions menu.
Click on "Request Help" to initiate a conversation with DocStation RCM related to that claim.
Provide a clear description of the support you require and any specific questions or concerns.
Engage in the support conversation within the claim tray, separate from general notes.
Receive email notifications for responses based on your user settings.
Once the support request is resolved, click the "Resolved" button.
Accessing Request Help Conversations
The Request Help conversation can always be accessed directly in the claim, even after the request is resolved. The conversation can also be accessed from the Notifications inbox of your DocStation organization. Navigate here by clicking the bell icon on the left navigation bar. This feature is available for all claim statuses beyond Draft until the claim is finalized. You can filter claims based on the "Help Requested" status in the Claims Table, allowing you to return to active support requests when needed.
