To print information from a patient's profile, select the "..." icon in the top right corner and select "Print Patient Profile." 

From there, you'll see the entire contents of the profile compiled into a document ready to print, by default. Use the menu on the left to select which sections of the profile you want, then select the green Print button in the top right corner.
